Dr. Terza Lima-Neves '00, Recipient of The MLK Vision Award at Providence College

Dr. Terza Lima-Neves, a Providence College graduate was presented with this award during the Martin Luther King, Jr. Convocation on Friday, January 25. The convocation featured keynote speaker, Ndaba Mandela, the grandson of Nelson Mandela. The selection committee for this award considers nominees whose scholarship, community engagement, leadership, or service to others have advanced one or more of the principles which Rev. King embodied: social justice, advocacy, equality, human rights, the promotion of Faith, and freedom of all people.
